Sheryl Underwood is an American television host, comedian and actor best known for hosting the popular daily talk show The Talk. She was born in Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl is a member of a troubled family. Sheryl was raised by her sister Frankie. Frankie had suffered with her own illness called Polio. As a teenager, she had many problems with her mom. Sheryl alleges that, in an instance she was stabbed by her mother's father after he became close to Her. Sheryl was a college graduate when she and joining the army, was an active participant in. Sheryl's passion for comedy was evident. She was selected as the first ever female finalist of the Miller Lite Comedy Search, which was held in 1989. She started her TV profession in the year 1992 after she appeared as a frequent performer on the HBO comedy series Def Comedy Jam. The show was on Oh Drama! as the host in the year 2000. Since 2011, she has been co-hosting the Talk show. She's been in many fictional shows including Bulworth Nikki Beauty Shop and others.
