Sheryl-Underwood
Sheryl Underwood is an American television host, comedian and actress most well-known for her role as host of the popular daytime talk show The Talk. She was brought up by Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl was raised in a difficult family. Sheryl was a part of her life caring for her sister Frankie with polio. When she was a kid, her relations with her mother were not always smooth. Sheryl states that her mother had a time when she stabbed her father over getting too close. When she graduated from college Sheryl became a military officer. Her interest was in comedy. She became the first female winner of the competition Miller Lite Comedy Search held in 1989. Her TV professional career started in 1992, as a actor on the HBO comedy show Def Comedy Jam. She hosted the television show Oh Drama! in 2000. In 2011, she began participating on The Talk as co-host. Also, she appears in fictional roles in shows like Bulworth, Nikki or Beauty Shop.
